Hosting and server log files
This website is intended to be hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, requested pages, referrer URL, date and time of access and transferred data volume.
Server log files are used to provide the website securely, maintain technical stability and investigate misuse or errors. The specific retention period depends on the hosting configuration.
Contact form processing
If you use the contact form, the information you enter is processed for the purpose of responding to your request. This may include name, email address, optional phone number and message content.
The production form submits securely via HTTPS to Formspree for delivery and processing of the inquiry. Form data is used to respond to the message and should be deleted when it is no longer required for communication or documentation obligations.
Cookies and consent management
The current preview deployment does not activate analytics tracking. The site is prepared for a future consent management setup that can control categories such as necessary, analytics and marketing technologies.
Non-essential cookies or tracking technologies should only be enabled after appropriate consent has been collected and documented.
Google Tag Manager
The website includes a production-ready, consent-aware architecture for Google Tag Manager. The container is implemented to manage future tags in a structured way across the multilingual website.
Google Tag Manager itself is designed to manage tags. The specific tools triggered through the container, such as analytics or event tracking, must be controlled through the future consent setup and documented here before activation.
Future Google Analytics 4 integration
The project is prepared for a future Google Analytics 4 integration via Google Tag Manager. Analytics should initially remain inactive. Before activation, measurement scope, events, retention settings, consent mode and data processing terms should be reviewed.
Analytics and event tracking
The tracking architecture is prepared for future scroll tracking, CTA tracking, form submission tracking and custom event tracking. These events should only be sent when the user has provided the required consent, where legally necessary.
